MISION PLATAFORMA ESTRATEGICA 2010 Somos una ESE Regional que presta servicios de salud de baja y mediana complejidad buscando proteger la salud de nuestros usuarios con personal competente y con sentido de pertenencia, brindando atención oportuna, y humanizada a través del mejoramiento continuo, el cumplimiento de estándares y una adecuada infraestructura

VISION PLATAFORMA ESTRATEGICA 2010 Consolidarnos para el año 2012 como una ESE Regional con procesos mejoramiento continuo en la prestación de servicios de baja y mediana complejidad, mediante la implementación de procesos administrativos, financieros y científicos autónomos interdependientes desarrollando nuevas unidades de negocios, fortaleciendo y ampliando coberturas en las unidades existentes, garantizando el manejo eficiente de los recursos, logrando solidez, rentabilidad social y confianza.
