  2. Key • SPID – sourcePatientId (Docentry only) • XPID – Affinity Domain Patient ID • (SPID/XPID) – Docentry/Folder label • Without – apply the designated Update “without” the listed exception. Exception is logged.

  3. RPLC • DE1 (S1/X1) • DE2 (S2/X1) • Relink S1 -> X2 • Update DE1 (Without RPLC) • Relink S2 -> X2 instead • Update DE2 (without RPLC) RPLC

  4. RPLC • DE11 (S1/X1) update DE12 (S1/X2) • DE2 (S2/X1) • Relink S1 -> X2 • Update DE1 (Without RPLC) • Relink S2 -> X2 instead • Update DE2 (without RPLC) RPLC

  5. Folder rule • Folder submitted with DocEntry are assumed to have same SPID • Folder with no initial docentries – no assumption • Folder with initial docentries and all SPIDs match – Folder assumes docentry SPID • Folder with initial docentries and not all SPIDs match – no assumption

  6. Folder – no initial DocEntries • FOL1 ( /X1) • DE1 (S1/X1) • Relink S1 - > X2 • Update DE1 (without HasMember) • Since FOL1 and DE1 come from different SubmissionSets HasMember

  7. Folder – no initial DocEntries • FOL1 ( /X1) • DE11 (S1/X1) update DE12 (S1/X2) • Relink S1 - > X2 • Update DE1 (without HasMember) • Since FOL1 and DE1 come from different SubmissionSets HasMember

  8. Folder – with initial DocEntry • FOL1 ( /X1) • DE1 (S1/X1) • Relink S1 - > X2 • Update DE1 • Since FOL1 and DE1 come from same SubmissionSet • Include FOL1 and HasMember in update HasMember
