Why are we doing this? • Idea surfaced at past organizational improvement summits – why not create a network for ORD managers? • Share information, ideas, best practices • Leverage resources • Tied to Goals of ORD’s Management Multiyear Plan • Attract, develop, retain a talented and diverse workforce • Make ORD a great place to work

  3. Agenda Highlights • Performance Management: • Creating meaningful performance standards • Case studies and tools for dealing with conduct and performance issues

  4. Agenda Highlights • Information session: • Budget, Future Directions, PART Reviews • Competitive Sourcing • Panel Session with the new National Program Directors

  5. Agenda Highlights • Discussions: • What can we gain from creating a management network? • What issues are most important? • How should we proceed?
