USDA Allowable & Unallowable Costs (page 8, item 2 of RFA) • Listed campaign nutrition education materials and Champions for Change website • No development of new nutrition education materials • Use only Network approved educational materials Examples: Power Play! Fruit & Vegetable Toolkit Program Requirements

  9. Program Considerations (pages 25 – 27 of RFA) • Monthly invoices with back up documents such as receipts, time logs, deliverables are required • DPH will not provide Harvest of the Month materials and they should be in the applicant’s budget Program Requirements

  11. Fiscal Requirements • Submit most recent financial statements and • Three Years of audited* financial statements *Unaudited financial statements are acceptable, if the proposer is not required to conduct an annual audit.
