Chris Kilcullen, born March 22, 1968, in Eugene, OR, was a dedicated police officer with the EPD. Tragically shot on duty on April 22, 2011, at just 43 years old, he left behind a loving family: his wife Kristie and two daughters, Sydney and Katie.   4. What He Did as a Leader • He was a Police officer for the EPD • He was shot on duty on April 22 2011 • When he was shot he was only 43 years old • He was a dad

  5. He Was a Great Leader • He was the nicest person in the world • He did his job right • He once pulled someone over that said it was the the best time he’d had ever talking to a cop

  6. His Family • A wife and two daughters • His oldest daughter’s name is Sydney (12), his youngest daughters name is Katie (5) • His wife’s name is Kristie

  7. Other Facts • His badge is #248 • A little while before he was shot he and my dad sat and talked for a few hours • He loved Starbucks coffee

  8. How They Met • Friends from college • Kristie’s mom set them up over the phone • They started going out together • He proposed to Kristie while they were scuba diving • They had their youngest daughter, Katie (Kristie had Sydney with her ex-husband)
