  1. USE OF MOBILE TELEPHONES AT NGC. In recognotion of technology advancements Council has reviewed the rules for the use of mobile telephones at NGC. The following rules will now apply: GOLF COURSE: Use is permitted on the golf course to measure distance only (Sat Nav technology). NB Use of a mobile telephone or any device that measures other conditions such as wind speed, gradient, temperature etc is PROHIBITED by the EGU. CLUBHOUSE: Use of mobile telephones will be allowed in the bars and lounges (BUT NOT in the dining room) for all applications EXCEPT telephone calls, which must still be made in the locker rooms or car park. NB The sound must be on mute/vibrate at all times and the use of ear pieces is NOT allowed. Members please also note that violation of the rules will be dealt with within the club’s disciplinary procedure.
