  2. The balloon driver… • The driver of the balloon has a driver work style. • 2 positive things are -assertive -direct • 2 negative things are -pushy -an agitator

  3. The man on the ground.. • The man on the ground has an expressive work style. • 2 positive things are -verbal -ambitious • 2 negative things are - a talker -undisciplined

  4. Why….? Well the man in the balloon (driving) is asking politely for help which can make him assertive and direct cause he’s getting to the point. The man on the ground expressing and saying what he thinks, which makes him verbal and ambitious, but as you can tell they both have some negativities like the driver being pushy and the man on the ground being a talker.

  7. My reflection My work style behavior is expressive I work good with amiable and driver. I learned how many people work differently and its always best to stay focused on a positive behavior. I think we can all improve in our negativities, to do better in jobs in the future. We all worked good together even if were different. I know in the future my experiences on a work trial will help me out. I will understand more about people and how they work.

  9. My reflection • My work style behavior is driver, I work best with analytical and expressive. In our group there was two expressive and one amiable. It was good learning about other people’s behaviors, we all worked together. I think they would all do good in any work environment, one thing I can say is it never hurts to give opinions and talk. Overall, we all gave part and finished our steps.

  11. My reflection • My work style is expressive because, of my personality traits. What I have learned is that every work style are different, but are in the same jobs. In order to complete the job, and that there are conflicts between each other but there is ways to deal with it.
