Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Subclass 188 visa: This visa allows you to own and operate a company in Australia, conduct business and investment activities in Australia, and conduct entrepreneurial activities in Australia. If You have a business or investment background where you have either been involved in running your business or your investment activities in the last few years and you now wish to come live in Australia and start a new business in Australia or buy into an existing one. Alternatively, as an investor, you wish to invest in Australia such as in Australian Government Bonds or other Australian investments. As you are not yet an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you may apply for a business visa. You may qualify for either a business innovation, investment visa or business talent visa. Candidate applying for this visa can stay in Australia for up to 5years, can bring eligible members with you and can also add dependent children to your application at any time before the department of home affairs decides your application.
