  4. Introduction • Why online learning for students • Opportunities for students to attend classes who may not have any other opportunities • Removes time and distance obstacles • Flexibility • Opportunity to take classes that may not be offered locally • Cost (Nagel, Maniam, & Leavell, 2011).
