Future Continuous TenseorFuture Progressive Tense • indicates continuing action, something that will be happening, going on, at some point in the future. • It is formed with the modal "will" plus "be," plus the present participle of the verb (with an -ing ending): "I will be running in next year's Boston Marathon.

Future Continuous TenseorFuture Progressive Tense Examples: • You will be waiting for her when her plane arrives tonight. • I will be watching TV when she arrives tonight. • I will be waiting for you when your bus arrives. • He will be studying at the library tonight, so he will not see Jennifer when she arrives. • I will be working later.
