  3. TMA Mission To provide Government agencies with customized training, learning, and human capital solutions that maximize individual, team, and enterprise performance.

TMA: Who We Are • Established in 1982 as a reimbursable program in OPM • Contract vehicle for quick access to private-sector contractors with expertise in developing and implementing learning and human capital solutions • Current contract period is 10/01-9/06 • Manage 500+ projects annually • Support 100+ government agencies • 19 pre-qualified commercial partners

TMA: Who We Are(Continued) • Current HQ staff of 14, includes 7 Project Managers and 2 CORs • Regional staff includes 2 Project Managers in Philadelphia and 1 Project Manager in Denver • Performance Consultant under contract • Project Managers handle 15-20 projects valued at $5-10 million annually • Realized Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) funding for FY 2004 was $75M

The TMA Guarantee • “We guarantee the performance of our commercial partners and stand behind the quality of our products.” • If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA • Project Manager will intervene immediately & • establish a plan to get back on track. • If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable • time, with your concurrence your TMA Project • Manager can move the project to another contractor • in days. • TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.
