  1. Since March is National Nutrition Month and St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, this is a great time to focus on new green tastes! In addition to the students' actual green projects Green Challenge gives the students additional practical experience in areas such as communications and networking. Some of them relate to food safety, which may help food producers increase their share in domestic or export food markets. After the development of about two decades, now the Chinese green food industry has already entered a fast- growth stage. 39Although the government has done much to enforce and supervise the application of the food hygiene law, the food safety situation in China today remains unsatisfactory.
