Minimal involvement was required by myself after order placement (10) The distributor chased the manufacturer as hard as we did and used all their contacts within the business to ultimately resolve the issue (10) Gave additional price support and used their influence to achieve prompt information return.

This could be a joint KTN / BPF event. Option 2: We do not meet but Gerry visits each firm instead as requested / needed
