Aligning Training Programs with Real-Time Jobs in Minnesota's Manufacturing Sector

For nearly a century, our organization has been dedicated to aligning training programs with the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. Established in 1914, we focus on applying work readiness standards to ensure students develop the skills necessary for focused, skill-based careers in cutting and sewing. Through extensive collaboration with industry partners, we define essential occupational skills, survey employers on wage expectations, and utilize national career readiness certifications to enhance students' job readiness.
