实验 2 常用元器件的认识与测量. 一 实验目的. 学会用万用表测量、鉴别二极管、三极管的性能。 学会用万用表测量电阻、电容。 学习 JT-1 型晶体特性图示器的使用方法。 学会测量晶体管的输入输出特性曲线并熟悉其物理意义。 进一步熟悉常用仪器的使用。. 三 实验器材. 指针式万用表 (MF35)1 块。 JT － 1 型晶体管特性图示仪 1 台。 二极管、三极管、稳压管、电阻、电容若干。 三极管 9011 、 9012 各一支 二极管 1N4148 、 2AP9 各一支 电阻： 1.5K 、 6.2K 、 150K 、 300 各一支

  2. 一 实验目的 • 学会用万用表测量、鉴别二极管、三极管的性能。 • 学会用万用表测量电阻、电容。 • 学习JT-1型晶体特性图示器的使用方法。 • 学会测量晶体管的输入输出特性曲线并熟悉其物理意义。 • 进一步熟悉常用仪器的使用。

  3. 三 实验器材 • 指针式万用表(MF35)1块。 • JT－1型晶体管特性图示仪1台。 • 二极管、三极管、稳压管、电阻、电容若干。 • 三极管9011、9012各一支 • 二极管1N4148、2AP9各一支 • 电阻：1.5K、6.2K、150K、300各一支 • 电容：220UF、47uF 0.01uF各一支在。 • 电位器一支
