  10. Love Free Or Die In June, many cities celebrate “Gay Pride” with parades, festivals, and political rallies. Try to get information about your screening event(s) to the local LGBTQ “pride/heritage festival” organizations. You may even be able to make your screening a part of the official local celebration/history.

Remember to: Think AHEAD about the story you want to tell about your event and its impact on your local community – then collect information that helps you tell that story • Take photos and video. Share your photos on the Community Cinema Facebook page. • Collect partner quotes about the impact of the event on their organization and include in your report. • Collect participant quotes about the impact of the event on their attitudes or (planned) behavior.
