  1. Tips to get rid of Jet lag

  2. Jet lag is one of the major sources of worry when you are traveling across time zones. Your body finds it difficult to adjust to a new time zone and may find it especially difficult to adjust to the changes of blood pressure, body temperature, sleep-wake cycle and other changes your body is going through. Just as you must know the best ways to get LAX long term parking, you should also learn about the ways in which you can avoid jet lag. Prepare your body for jet lag from your home prior to the trip. You will feel like you have gained a few hours more as you travel west and experience loss of hours as you travel east. You can accordingly go to bed a few hours early and wake up early if you are traveling east or stay awake for longer durations if you are planning to go west.

  3. A good way to adjust to the changes would be to adjust your sleep-wake rhythms. You can get some sleep while you are traveling by flight. Once you have arranged for your Seatac parking, be attentive to the food you eat while you are on the flight. If you are traveling east, make sure that you stick to carbohydrate rich foods. If you are going west, you should opt for protein rich foods that keep you awake.
