  3. About the Company LOCATION: We are located in the Brisbane Health Connect building on Orford Street, Tarragindi. For your convenience, there is allocated underground parking located on your left as you enter our centre carpark. FOR YOU: We recommend that you attend our practice 10 minutes early for your first appointment, as this will allow you time to relax and complete our new patient paperwork. Please remember to bring your health fund card with you if you have dental cover and wish to claim instantly using our HICAPS machine. If your children are eligible for the Children’s Dental Benefit Scheme, please bring their valid Medicare card, there will be an additional form to fill out to allow us to bulk bill our services for you. Finally, if you have a Voucher from the public system, please bring the original copy with you, along with photo ID, your Medicare and/or Health Care card and hand this in to our friendly reception staff upon arrival.
