LPP FERC Schedule Update • Agency coordination meetings are being held in November and December to share study data and results • Draft technical reports completed in November and early December and shared with agencies/tribes for review and comment • Comments incorporated in mid-January 2010 • Initial study report(s) filed with FERC on 1/21/10 • Initial study report(s) meeting on 2/5/10 • Initial study report(s) meeting summary filed with FERC on 2/20/10

LPP FERC Schedule Update (cont.) • Stakeholder comments on Initial Study Reports Study Plan Disputes, and Request to Modify Study Plans due to FERC by 3/22/10 • Stakeholder Responses on Study Plan Disputes and Stakeholder Responses on Study Plan Modification Requests due to FERC by 4/21/10 • FERC issues Director’s Study Plan Determination on 5/21/10
