Who or What is Kony ?. Joseph Kony  became leader of the  Lord’s Resistance Army  ( LRA ) in 1988. He was in his mid-20s. The LRA was responsible for the displacement of 2 MILLION people since the beginning of the rebellions. Uganda He believe a god lead him to this.
