If using IEP, does ARD document how revised IEP will address areas of unsatisfactory performance? Written procedures developed for Review or Amendment ARDs, e.g., during test retake and at beginning of year for transfers? Written procedures / forms for parent notifications? Summer AI provided for promoted STAAR testers who did not perform satisfactorily on the 2nd retake. SSI flowcharts in ARD rooms? Written procedures developed to assist ARD committees in documenting the IEP meets all requirements of the PGP?
