MCAAP SRM Customer: US Army; McAlester Army Ammunition Plant Contract Type: Fixed Price, IDIQ Contract Size: $38M - $40M • Scope of Work • Industrial Base Sustainment, Repair and Maintenance (SRM). • We support major infrastructure upgrades on the installation, new construction projects, equipment installation, facility maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Examples include: • Replacing the highline electrical wiring throughout MCAAP • Procured and installed the large mixing kettles used for TNT preparation. • CNI support includes the planning, managing, and reporting functions associated with all SRM tasks. • This contract is paving the way for how Army Industrial Bases streamline SRM contracting requirements and ultimately reduce cost by eliminating unnecessary waste. • Provides the flexibility of the customer to improve operational readiness through access to various supply chains. Examples include: • Installed new main water lines across the installation • Constructed the new Fragment Containment Unit facility • CNI support includes the planning, managing, and reporting functions associated with all SRM tasks. • The premier contractor executing SRM support at Picatinny Arsenal • Provides the flexibility of the customer to improve operational readiness through access to various supply chains. RDIF • CNI Aviation Services is the prime (and sole) support contractor for Air Force Rapid Development Integration Facility (RDIF) at Wright-Patterson AFB • The RDIF focus is on rapid adaptive engineering for design and manufacture of mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal solutions, which result in unique aircraft modifications, and alternative design solutions. • CNI Aviation Services provides design conceptualization, re-design, engineering analysis, technology insertion, rapid prototyping, repair, fabrication, testing, calibration, and fielding of turn-key solutions for the Special Operations Forces and other combat customers. • CNI Aviation Services has worked on the MC-130J, EC-130J, HC-130J, AC-130U, UH-60M, B-1, B-2, Global Hawk, C-5 aircraft as well as the Predator and Reaper UAVs. • Build/assemble subcomponents, assembly, check-out, and test the 25mm Gun Mount for the AC-130U Assembly, check-out, and test 40mm Trainable Gun Mount (TGM) Manufacturing and fabrication of the MOLT Collar Assembly for the AFSOC, Strike System Group Design, fabrication, and installation AFSOC Cotton Mouth Project for the MC-130J Fabrication, manufacturing, finishing, inspection, kitting, and installation of SAMS ESA Kit for the AC-130U Manufacturing of Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) Alignment Tool for the HC/MC-130J *For Descriptions Click on the Pictures Above Service Without Reservation Back

C-130 Landing Gear Trainer Customer: USAF; AF Life Cycle Management Center Contract Type: Fixed Price Contract Size: 2 contracts, 2 locations, 5 consecutive years; $500K • Scope of Work • Engineering Support for the AF C-130 Landing Gear & Maintenance Trainers (Cannon AFB and Little Rock AFB) • Technical Audits for Maintenance Training Device Certification • Configuration Management of Engineering Data • Change Management for Systems Updates and Mechanical Modifications • Provide “call-out” maintenance services as well as remote technical support during training hours. FAA Support Services Air Traffic Controller Training • Providing qualified instructors and training program support service staff to conduct and administer classroom and laboratory training for the FAA Academy and FAA Air Traffic Controller (ATC) Facilities. • We provide qualified Remote Pilot Operators (RPO), certified instructors to support the conduct of controller classroom training, and simulation training at ATC facilities. • We also conduct ATC proficiency training to include supplemental, refresher, and skill enhancement training. Power Systems • The FAA Power Systems Contract supports the following facilities: FAA Control Centers, FAA Tracons, Air Traffic Control Towers, Long Range Radars, Short Range Radars, VOR’s, Communication Sites, and Air Field Systems.
