  1. Is 3 Pass Trek too hard? Quick insights about this exciting trek! Whenever we talk about trekking, the words that come in our mind are difficulty level, challenges, important gears, and whatnot. Every trek is different from one another and thus, their challenges are different too. This article covers 3 pass trek and the things related to it. If you want to go on this 22-days trek, these are the things that you must know. Difficulty Well, the first thing that we want to mention is the level of difficulty, as whenever someone talks about a trek, this is the first that comes in the mind of a person if he or she thinks of a trek. Those who have visited this place earlier have rated this place as challenging and dangerous. The trek to this place is not a cakewalk at all and need a strong heart for it. The difficulty level of the trek increase as the height increases and reaches its peak when you go to its high pass crossing. If one has to raise a comparison between the neighboring peaks, then it more challenging than the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes. However, if you know about Island Peak and Mera peak, then it is less challenging then both of them. Beginning and endpoints of the trek If you are going to Three Pass trek, then the starting point of your journey will be the airport of Lukla. This place is just a 30-minute flight away from Kathmandu. If you are a real travel enthusiast, then you will also get interested in visiting the places that are around. This trek will start from here and will end at a point that is called Jiri. Duration If you talk about the total timing that this trek will take for completion, then it would be total 22 days. Now, we want to make one thing clear to the readers that these 22 days will include each and every place that comes in the way and are important to visit.

  2. When to go? The best season to go for Everest HighThree Pass trek is the season of Spring which is between the months of March and May or the season of Autumn, which is in between the months of October and November. Now, visiting this place in the months of June, July and September are not really recommended. The reason behind this is that the weather at that time becomes very unpredictable and common people are not really sure about the things that are going to happen next. However, a lot of trekkers visit the pass at this time of the year only, as this is the time of vacations. Also, if you are visiting this place in the winters, you will have to face road blockages and things like that. Where to stay and what to eat? During your trek, you will get to see a lot of tea houses. These are the places where you can stay and rest and could have your meals also. Ways to trek There are several ways in which you could go for trekking around 3 passes. The best way to go around it is by following the counter-clockwise direction. If you go clockwise, there are chances of facing steep altitude which could cause problems. We hope that these insights are really helpful for those who are going to this trek for the first time. To sum it up, all treks are adventurous and give you unique experiences. All you need to do is to get fit enough to enjoy the trek. Good luck.
