  1. Search for Chargino and Neutralino in the low pT eμ channel-- STATUS -- Melisa Rossi Udine University SUSY Meeting

  2. Since last time • Double checked ID Scale Factors • CEM • Only tight electron definition • For low pT :CDFNote 8321- 7379 (Sourabh) • For high pT :CDFNote 8274 -7309 • CMUP • For low pT : CDFNote 8307 (New Mexico) • For high pT : CDFNote 8262 - 7367 CEM ID Scale Factors CMUP ID Scale Factors • SF ET • 0.8 4-5GeV • 0.88 5-8GeV • 0.95 8-20GeV • 0.986 >20GeV • SF PT • 0 .868 4-20GeV • 0.89 >20GeV SUSY Meeting

  3. Since last time • Double checked b mixing in our bbbar • Do not have b mixing • To include the mixing • Check HEPG bank • For each B0 and B0s leptonic decay • Swap lepton sign according to the probability of mixing • B mixing improves LS data/MC agreement SUSY Meeting

  4. The MET Distribution 220pb-1 310pb-1 with new SF and b mixing SUSY Meeting

  5. Low MET Control RegionMET<10 GeV nJET<2 Opposite Sign Like Sign SUSY Meeting

  6. ΔΦ(lepton,MET) Distribution Opposite Sign Like Sign SUSY Meeting

  7. Next • Still big statistical uncertainty on bbbar  need to add all new ntuples by Giovanni (~800pb-1) • Look at new data (edil0h) SUSY Meeting

  8. Control Regions – Summary SUSY Meeting

  9. Data and MC • Data • SUSY dilepton dataset edil0d • Good run list v7 no silicon (~310pb-1), CEM4_CMUP4 trigger • MC • Signal point (m0=100,m1/2=180,A0=0,tanβ=5,μ>0)~360fb-1 • DY sexo9t (Z ll, Mll>5GeV/c2)~5fb-1 • ttbar (ttopel)~170fb-1 • WW (wtop1w)~34fb-1 • ZZ (Oscar)~535fb-1 • WZ (Madgraph)~430fb-1 • bbbar (Giovanni)~150pb-1 • Fakes • using CEM8 and CMUP8 inclusive samples • Lepton+fake selection requiring events with • real first lepton (CEM8 for eμ and CMUP8 for μe) • fake lepton using Liverpool method SUSY Meeting
