I do believe it must have something to do with a need for change. Maybe you have an addiction you can&#8217t kick. Maybe it started as something that you used to manage your life, but now it&#8217s managing you. Maybe you&#8217re just angry all the time, or anxious, or depressed. Maybe you&#8217ve been betrayed, rejected, abandoned, abused. Perhaps you are in the midst of a failing relationship. You&#8217d fix it if you knew how, or even just where to start. I remember reading step 1 for the first time and thinking, &#8220Boy, that&#8217s depressing.&#8221 And it would be, if not for step 2 and 3 and all the others. But we&#8217ll get to that soon enough. Let&#8217s take this one step at a time, shall we?<br>
