    11. XXX MP CO Readiness Assessment This slide provides the company commander the opportunity to discuss USR related items and their impact on readiness. A Green rating indicates no shortfalls or challenges. An Amber rating indicates shortfalls or challenges the commander assesses impact readiness, but can be overcome internally or with Brigade assistance. A Red rating indicates shortfalls or challenges the commander assesses impact readiness that require installation or higher assistance. Absolutely no classified ratings such as a “P2”, or “T2” will be used to justify rating. The color of the rating will be spelled out in the box as per the example.     12. XXX MP CO Major Changes to Training This a dual purpose slide. It shows training that was planned but not conducted as well as any opportunity training the Company was able to take advantage of during the last quarter. Companies will show all training that was canceled. Training Opportunities are defined as training events that were conducted during the quarter, but were not briefed at the previous QTB.     13. XXX MP CO NBC Training Conducted Individual/Squad/Platoon The six tasks are a mandatory requirement. By the end of the 4th QTR, all units should be completed with all six tasks (This would be reflected in the 1st QTR QTB). Place an ‘X’ in each column once that company has completed the required training. If the training has not occurred, place the date the company is tentatively scheduled to conduct the training. Company Companies report quarterly the school trained NBC Defense Control Party personnel. Indicate that an NBC additional duty officer is trained with an ‘O’, that an NBC NCO (54B or trained substitute) is on-hand with a ‘N’, and NBC additional duty enlisted alternate is trained with an ‘E’. Companies also report quarterly which other company level METL integrated NBC tasks have been completed in accordance with Fort Hood 350-1, or as indicated. The remaining four tasks are a mandatory requirement as is the first.     17. XXX MP CO Individual Soldier Training Weapons Qualification Per weapon system, show # of weapons assigned and the # of weapons that are assigned that are qualified. The spreadsheet will automatically compute the qualification percentage. If there is a weapon system listed that the unit does not have then delete the column. The M4 and the M16 are considered the same weapon system for the purpose of this slide. Enter the percentage of Soldiers that shot expert with the weapon system. Per weapon system, show # of weapons assigned and the # of weapons that are assigned that are qualified. The spreadsheet will automatically compute the qualification percentage. Enter the date of any boards completed under the corresponding column heading. 5. Enter the date (if known) of the next board that the Soldier will be attending in the board type column. Board Process. This process is mandatory for all P3/P4 profiles. GATE 1: MMRB. This board recommends one of 4 things: - Retain Soldier in current MOS - Place Soldier in probationary status (up to 6 months) - Recommend that the Soldier be reclassified. - Refer to the Army Physical Disability System (MEB/PEB) GATE 2: MEB. This board recommends one of 2 things: - Soldier is fit for duty - Soldier is unfit for duty and is referred to the PEB for disability processing. GATE 3: PEB. This board recommends one of 5 things: - Soldier is fit for duty/return to duty - Separation with severance pay - Separation without severance pay - Permanent disability retirement - Temporary disability retirement1.     20. XXX MP CO Individual Soldier Training CTT Status The CTT slide reflects current FY numbers only. If no testing has been conducted for the current FY, the slide will reflect the number of assigned Soldiers with 0 tested. The “# assigned” and the “# tested” columns are self-explanatory. The “# passed 1st time” column reflects the number of soldiers who passed the CTT on their first attempt once the CTT lane is established in the field. The “% passed 1st time” is determined by dividing the number of personnel who passed the first time by the number tested, not by the number assigned. The “% passed” column is determined by dividing the number passed by the number assigned, not by the number tested. (It is a reflection of how many personnel assigned to the unit have passed a CTT in the current FY, while the “% passed 1st time” column reflects how many of those tested passed the first time). The CTT slide reflects current FY numbers only. If no testing has been conducted for the current FY, the slide will reflect the number of assigned Soldiers with 0 tested. The “# assigned” and the “# tested” columns are self-explanatory. The “# passed 1st time” column reflects the number of soldiers who passed the CTT on their first attempt once the CTT lane is established in the field. The “% passed 1st time” is determined by dividing the number of personnel who passed the first time by the number tested, not by the number assigned.     21. This slide depicts the units’ status for special schools. The requirements for these schools are found in several documents. They are shown below. Do not change any numbers in the required column. Enter the number of Soldiers that have attended the course and are certified in that area. If the number is this column is less than the number in the required column, the numbers is the 2nd, 3rd and 4th columns must add up to the number in the required column. Enter the number of Soldiers currently enrolled in the listed course. Enter the number of Soldiers the unit has projected to attend the course in the next quarter. List the Name of the Soldiers who are counted in the required column and are 90 day losses. If there are names listed in this column, then an additional Soldier must figured into the numbers of currently enrolled or projected to be enrolled.     24. NCOES STATUS In the first column, list the number of soldiers in the population for each school that would require that school. For example, if a unit had 15 SSGs and knowing that all SSGs attend BNCOC, then the number would be 15. In the second column enter the number of Soldiers in the population that have already attended the school prior to the current FY. In the third column, enter the number of Soldiers that are currently enrolled in the school. In the fourth column, enter the number of Soldiers that have already graduated this FY. In the last column, enter the number of Soldiers that are projected to be enrolled by the end of the FY. In the first column, list the number of soldiers in the population for each school that would require that school. For example, if a unit had 15 SSGs and knowing that all SSGs attend BNCOC, then the number would be 15. In the second column enter the number of Soldiers in the population that have already attended the school prior to the current FY. In the third column, enter the number of Soldiers that are currently enrolled in the school. In the fourth column, enter the number of Soldiers that have already graduated this FY. In the last column, enter the number of Soldiers that are projected to be enrolled by the end of the FY.
