The ELCA Malaria Campaign has made a significant impact across Africa, raising over $4.5 million in fiscal year 2013 alone. Key achievements include training over 9,200 community leaders, distributing over 22,000 bed nets, and providing vital health education to over 1.9 million people. The campaign also emphasizes sustainable livelihoods, mobilizing over $88,000 in Malawi through community savings groups. These initiatives have dramatically reduced malaria cases, improved pre-natal care for pregnant women, and fostered community stability. Together, we can eradicate malaria and transform lives.
