  14. Causes • family - parental violence - family is severely underprivileged • school - low educational level / quality - negative atmosphere / authoritarian educational style

  15. personality - high need for stimulation - low inhibition threshold • others - violent peer-groups and social – pressure - influence of media

  16. What we can do against vilolence at schools teachers : • contact parents • admit pupils into one`s confidence • contact school psychologist • extra – curricular meetings

  17. pupils: • to confide in parents and teachers • accept somebody as an arbitrator parents: • contact the teachers regularly • talk about different problems • control the influence of media • to check circle of friends
