  10. Translation 2010年8月22日至23日举行的上海交易会期间，我方代表阿罕默得先生在与贵公司中方对等代表杨先生进行讨论时已告知他：自1990年贵公司将我方认定为贵方产品在我国销售的唯一经销商，互建商业信心以来，‘555’牌蓄电池组就以我方的名义在巴基斯坦进行了商标注册。

  11. E.G 2 But now your kind attention is invited to the decision you made a week ago that another agent in Pakistan has been appointed to replace us. We hope you’ll reconsider the event and at least appoint us as your second agent for your cells in case Nasir & Co. who has been made your principle agent this year cannot be deprived of this advantage for whatever reasons. Meanwhile we still expect to be honored with the qualification of once again serving as the Sole Agency of your cell products at the expiry of your present agreement with Nasir & Co..

  14. Translation 而现在我方希望就贵方一周前所作出的关于指定另一家巴基斯坦经销商以取代我们的决定进行交涉。希望贵方重新审视这一决定，或至少将我方认定为产品的第二经销商。因Nasir&Co.公司作为今年的主要经销商，实在无理由被剥夺此项优势。同时我方仍衷心希望，在与贵公司的现任合同结束之际，能继续享有作为贵方蓄电池产品唯一经销商的殊荣。
