  5. a. Inter-library Loans (web-form) Inter-library loan charges will be transfered to the requestor (estimate between RM10.00 to RM50.00)

  6. b. Document Delivery (web-form) • To request material NOT available in RO library

  7. Library Computers • How to register? - Sign-in at your RO Circulation Desk • Not permitted to store any software or other data on the hard drives or alter the programmes installed on the systems. • Not to be used for chatting, instant messaging, game playing and viewing pornography.

  14. How can I borrow books? • Proceed to book shelves • Take your book to the Lending Services Desk • Use your WOU card to borrow books

  16. Renewals • processed in person or electronically • one renewal allowed for students • Materials held or recalled for another patron may not be renewed • Media ResourcesVideos and DVDs may not be renewed • Library ReserveReserve materials may not be renewed

  19. Fines • 20 cents per day per book • 20 cents per hour per book for reserved books • RM1.00 per day for non-circulating materials • For a lost book – total overdue fines + current cost of the book + RM25.00 per volume as processing fee • RM50.00 for lost ID card

  20. Digital Library • Do not restrict your search to print collection • Consist of electronic databases, electronic journals & electronic books subscribed by the Library and selected reference resources available in the Internet • Restricted access

  27. What Full Text Means • Full text means the entire text of a published article is made available on-screen. In most instances, full graphical display is included as well. • Access to full text articles in a matter of clicks.
