  1. Welcome to the C&H Print Management tutorial, if you have any questions please feel free to contact Corey Sells on (07) 3865 6866 This demonstration is a virtual website Navigate by clicking the buttons much the same as surfing the internet. Instructional hints will guide you when you hover over a button. PLEASE CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO CONTINUE

  2. Click Click Hover over the buttons for more information.

  3. Personalised Stationery Create a personalised stationery order for items such as business cards, letterheads, order books etc. Any stationery item that needs to be tailored to suit your business. Following are the steps required to place an order in the online system. 1) Select the stationery item you wish to order by clicking the item line, a dark bullet point should appear at the start of the line. 2) Click the re-order buttonto proceed with finalising your order 3) Type in any information required on your stationery item (i.e. for business cards you would enter a persons name). 4) Click on preview to check your artwork proof. You can print or save this if required. 5) Type in your Order Number (ie 5001 or J.Smith) 6) Select the quantity you wish to order. 7) To allow for easy searching of the item you have ordered in the future, type additional information into the description line. ie: If you are ordering a business card, add the name of the person into the description line EG: Business Card – JOHN SMITH. (This step is optional) 8) Make sure your Delivery addressdetails are correct. If your details are incorrect please contact Emma at Central Office. 9) If you have unconfirmed details in your stationery item, click the Save button so you can resume your order at a later time. 10) Please check your artwork proof carefully before submitting your order. As any errors included in the artwork will be printed once you have confirmed your order. 11) To submit your order click the Order button. You will receive an automatic email confirmation which will include your artwork proof. Your order is now final and will be printed within 7–10 working days. Click stationery menu button on left to continue

  5. Selection of Product Click on the line of the product you require and a dark spot will appear to show that it is highlighted, then make a selection from the buttons below.

  6. When selecting this button, you will be creating an exact replica of the item you have chosen. This could be used for duplicating a business card & then changing the details to create a new one.

  7. When selecting this button you will be able to view an artwork proof PDF of the item you have chosen.

  8. When selecting this button, you will be able to make changes to the details in the item you have chosen. eg: To update the mobile number on a business card.

  9. Selecting this button will allow you to delete the saved item you have chosen. Please note: Only saved items can be deleted. Previously ordered lines are unable to be deleted out of the system.

  10. When selecting this button you will be ordering the stationery item on the line selected by the bullet point on the left side of screen (without any changes to the details).

  11. When information is typed into this field and the search button is selected you will be able to search through the entire list of applicable items. ie: If you are looking for John Smith’s business card you would type “John Smith” into this data field, then select, Description, from the drop down box, then click on the search button. Any previously ordered or saved items for John Smith will then be shown. Click this button to search for applicable stationery items.

  12. When selecting one of these buttons you will be able to navigate through the various pages of stationery items available for ordering. Each page can show up to 15 lines of saved or previously ordered product. Prev Page Next Page Last Page First Page

  13. Use the dropdown box to select a search field. When type is entered in the data field and search is clicked the list will be filtered by the entered criteria. Charge Code Order Date Ordered by

  14. The system automatically selects your store address upon login. Please contact Emma Gallus–Jones at Central Office if your address is incorrect. Type in your order number. EG. 5001 or J Smith

  15. Preview proof To check your PDF artwork proof, click on this button.

  16. Place Order To submit your order click on this button. You will receive an automatic email confirmation which will include your artwork proof.

  17. Save Order If you have unconfirmed or missing details in your stationery item, click on this button so you can resume your order at a later time.

  18. Cancel order Click this button to exit without saving the item or placing any order.

  19. Default Description It is recommend you add more info to this for business cards etc to allow for easier recalling of old orders. EG: Business Card – “John Smith” Selection of Quantity Click beside the desired quantity for this order. Pricing includes GST but does not include Freight. Special Instructions Special Instructions for the printer can be entered in this area. EG: Please deliver via rear loading dock entrance before 4:00pm. Update Details Update details of an item if required by typing the correct information into the relevant field

  26. Select Address Click to use the address line highlighted by the bullet point at the far left of the line. Alternatively the address can be entered manually by typing it on the previous page. Search List Once data has been entered in the grey box the list can be filtered by clicking the relevant button - code, name or suburb. The information supplied will shorten the list if multiple addresses are present.

  27. Order Point Of Sale (POS) Items • Ordering POS items is as simple as typing in the number of units that you require to be delivered and finalising the order. • To view an image of a POS item click the magnifying glass (at the left of the product description). • Type in the quantity required on the right of the POS item you wish to order. • EG: If you would like to order 1000 Gate Folders, you would type 10 in the order quantity field (as each pack contains 100). • Click on finalise order. • Type in the Order Number EG: 5001 or J Smith. • 5) To ensure the order does not get held up select ROAD FREIGHT (a dark bullet point will appear on the left once selected) • You can now ADD MORE ITEMS or VIEW CART to see your current order list • To place an order click on SUBMIT / ENTER . • An order confirmation email will be sent to you with all the POS items you have ordered. Click point of sale button on left to Continue

EG: if you would like to order 1000 Gate Folders, you would type 10 in the order quantity field (as each pack contains 100 folders) To view an image of a POS item click the magnifying glass. Point of Sale (POS) Ordering Instructions Ordering POS items is as simple as typing in the number of units that you require to be delivered and finalising the order. EG: If you would like to order 1000 Gate Folders, you would type 10 in the order quantity field (as each pack contains 100).

  29. Click to view all POS items currently in your order cart.

  30. Click to finalise your POS order. NB: Please select the road freight button or the order may be held up in the system.

  31. When data is typed in the grey box and this button is pressed, the list will be filtered by the keyword search in the Product Code Area.

  33. First Page Last Page Prev Page Next Page When selecting one of these buttons you will be able to navigate through the various pages of product lines. Each page can show up to 15 lines product.

  34. Ensure you type in your relevant order number. eg. 5001 or J. Smith. NB: To ensure the order does not get held up select ROAD FREIGHT (a dark blue point will appear on the left).

  36. Order more Items Add more items to the shopping cart prior to placing order with the submit button.

  37. View Cart To view all POS items and quantities ordered, click this button.

  38. Submit order Please check that Road Freight button has been selected and there is an entry in the order number field before you submit the order. EG : Order number – John S

  39. Search List Once data has been entered in the grey box the list can be filtered by clicking the relevant SEARCH BUTTON with the magnifying glass EG: NAME or SUBURB search above. The information supplied will shorten the list if multiple addresses are present. Select Address Click to use the address line highlighted by the bullet point at the far left of the line. Alternatively the address can be entered manually by typing it on the previous page.
