  3. First-time Partner signup for Office 365 internal use rights + partner features

  4. 1 WHY: To claim Office 365 IUR benefit To get access to “partner features” of Microsoft Online: Trial invitations and purchase offers Delegated Administration WHO: Partners who do not have an Office 365 account yet Never signed up for trial Have not claimed their Office 365 internal use rights (IUR) benefit yet Scenario 1 Overview

  5. 1 1. Access your Cloud Partner benefits • Navigate to the Microsoft Partner Network and sign in using the Windows Live ID associated with your MPN membership. • Same ID used to sign in to partner.microsoft.com

  6. 1 2. Click Link to access Office 365 benefits

  7. 1 3. Click Link to sign up for Office 365 Confirm that you are the correct person in your organization to act as administrator for Microsoft Online Services

  8. 1 4. Provide Basic Company Information

  9. 1 5. Create User ID and Domain Name NOTE: Create your Office 365 ID, Domain name and password here Have your mobile phone close by to receive your Office 365 Code via text message

  10. 1 6. Verify IUR Licenses Are Available Now

  11. 1 7. Set up users

  12. 1 8. Set up users To set up others in your company with ability to set up users and administer Office365, select Yes To ensure others in your company can see and use the partner features, select Yes

  13. 1 9. Begin using Office 365

  14. 1 10. Receive confirmation e-mail

  15. Upgrade Office 365 to include Office 365 internal use rights + Turn on partner features (including Delegated Administration)

  24. 2 8. Set up users To set up others in your company with ability to set up users and administer Office365, select Yes To ensure others in your company can see and use the partner features, select Yes

  25. Creating Trial Invitations Feature Scenario 1NOTE: Available to Cloud Essentials and Cloud Accelerate Partners that have signed the MOSPA agreement

  31. 2 2. Select plans and license counts Remember to include the option for Delegated Administration
