  2. How to get a lost ticket email back? First thing first, if you lost the email containing the link to download your e-ticket, you can make a request to resend the ticket to your email ID registered on the airline. Generally, tickets are attached as a PDF file and in case you can’t find them or unable to print it or lost the email, you can simply contact us and we will help you through it. The best way to avoid the situation is to print a couple of copies of your ticket and note the email confirmation number someplace safe so as if the situation arises you may be able to tackle it without any issue.
