  3. Who is eligible ? • What are the ages? 12, 13 to 18 years or senior in high school • Who is eligible? Son, daughter, grandson, grand-daughter, neighbors or school mate • What to look for in a young adult? Someone who has the desire and willingness to learn and practice to be the best Competition Shooter they can be!

  4. Posts Responsibility • Sponsorship • Set up a Committee • By-laws change for the Post • By-laws for the club • Approval of club and Coaches • Checking club and report back to the Post

  6. Post Responsibility • Name your post team • Choose your team leader, coaches • Train your leaders, and coaches • Coaches must be certified in a reasonable time.
