  1. Beating Anxiety And Panic Attacks... My Top Tips By Steven Kopven Stop Feeling Anxious Now Copyright 2017 – Steven Kopven

  2. Hello and welcome to my free ebook! This has been made to bring you the tips and tricks I've learnt and personally used over the years to deal with anxiety and panic attacks. First of all, let me say... You are not alone! I personally suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for a long time in the past and it was without a doubt the worst period of my life. It was so bad I didn't leave my house for 2 years! However, through constant research and buying different products, I was eventually able to get over my anxiety fully and I have never had a panic attack since (thank god!) So here are some of the things that helped me on my journey to recovery... Being Present Being present/being in the moment is something I am always trying to achieve. It has been a huge part of my healing and to be honest, it has made me an all round better person. I'm sure it'll help you too. Being in the moment is like being in a moment of pure clarity. There is no pointless, noisy mind chatter, you are serene and feel connected to the universe on the deepest level. A level beyond the physical, a level at your purest self, a level of divinity. Meditation is definitely something that will help you achieve this. If this is something you are interested in I strongly recommend you check out Live And Dare, it's a brilliant mediation course that offers both a beginner course and an intermediate course, and will certainly give the the keys to a calmer, clearer, more complete life.

  3. But for those who do not wish to dive into the deep bliss of meditation, I recommend you try this. Listen to the silence... … Listening to the silence doesn't mean you need to be somewhere that has absolutely no sound but instead you must listen past the sound of your everyday life and listen to the silence beneath it. Past the murmurs of the public, past the distant roar of the traffic, past your own footsteps. Silence is always there and never ending, sound is just a temporary distraction from the silence. All sound is temporary but silence is eternal. Listen deeply for the silence, when you find it and appreciate it, you'll immediately notice how differently you feel. A deep sense of peace will rise from within and a calm clarity will settle over you mind, soothing all the chatter and worry that pinballs around your head. I bet a lot of you forgot you were capable of such calm. Pay attention to your body... … Notice every little physical feeling that you encounter. Every time you pick up a pen, notice how cool it feels against your fingers, how smoothly your fingers glide across the pen, the feeling of brief resistance as you remove the lid, followed immediately by the snap of release. Notice how the paper feels soft, yet coarse, almost dusty against your hand as you put the pen to paper and the way your entire hand feels the subtle vibration through the pen as you begin to write. You get the idea. This is a moment of deep focus and it does a very good job of bringing you into the moment.

  4. Doing this always makes me feel appreciative, simply to be able to experience all of these little feelings everyday of my life is nothing short of a miracle. Give it a go, take it slowly, try and make it a part of your daily life and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised how grateful this can make you feel. Letting Go You may not want to hear this, but in the grand scheme of things... you are insignificant. I understand that when we go through our day almost completely focused on ourselves we lose sight of the big picture, “Gotta get to work on time!” “I need to get to bed early tonight, I've got an early start in the morning,” “I can't eat that, I'll get fat!” So, we end up thinking that everything we do is of the utmost importance, but the reality is, it isn't... It isn't important at all. But fear not! While I appreciate that some people find this to be a touchy subject, I personally find this fact incredibly liberating! Knowing that we are shockingly insignificant, it seems to me that there is very little need for worry, there is no sense in seeking approval from everyone we meet, it doesn't matter if you fail. This knowledge fills me with confidence. It enables me to pursue things I never would have if I was still grasping onto worry, still considering every little possibility a million times over and over again in my head because I couldn't possibly be left looking silly and being embarrassed, could I?! Fun fact: There are more stars in space than there are grains of sand here on Earth. Now, I'm not saying do something crazy and dramatic, like become a leader of a dangerous cult and start eating children, everyone is entitled

  5. to life so you shouldn't take anything away from anyone else's right to a happy life, what I am saying is, lighten up! There are plenty of people out there that would trade problems with you in a second. Ultimately we have one life (in my opinion) and it's too short to spend it worrying about looking foolish. As Bilbo Baggins once said, “It is no bad thing to celebrate a simple life” Now when it comes to actually dealing with panic attacks, I have a couple of things I've used which helped me prevent them from getting worse. The first one is... Sing! After an extremely thorough scientific investigation and the constant complaining from the neighbours, I have reason to believe I am the worlds worst singer. However, even if you are ear destroyingly bad, once you start to feel the panic attack coming on, let yourself go and start to sing. I found that not only does it tone down the panic attack but it also relieves it quickly. For me I got to the point where I would start to sing without even thinking about it, almost like a reflex, once I started to get those all too familiar feelings of the panic attack coming on. I wish I knew why this worked because it's always amazed me how simple, yet brilliantly effective this solution is. And the last one I have for you to help you deal with the onset of a panic attack...

  6. Count! When you start to feel the pressure build, simply relax, tell yourself it's only a panic attack, it can't hurt you and begin to count objects. It can be anything, things on your desk, tiles on the floor, books on your shelf, anything! I used to count objects in multiples of 3 or 4, I found it works as an effective distraction from the uncomfortable symptoms I was undergoing and it wasn't long before I found myself needing to focus my mind on getting the next multiple correct (...maths has never been my strong point). Give it a go. I've found distraction to be a very helpful tool in preventing panic attacks from reaching those unbearable levels. The Thing That Helped Me Most Of All Something that helped me more than anything else in my journey to finally beating anxiety and panic attacks for good was when I found the Panic Away program. It helped me immediately and honestly, I don't know where I would be without it. It's, in my opinion, the best product out there. Not only for dealing with anxiety and panic attacks but beating it fully, now and forever. There is nothing I recommend more than Panic Away for getting fast results but not only fast, results that actually last. Seriously, I'm so grateful that something like this program exists out there to help stop people from suffering the way I have suffered. If you want to check it out, just click here. I genuinely wish this was the first thing I tried when I started suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. If you want to read my full review, just click here.

  7. Final Words So there you have it, my little ebook for helping you deal with anxiety and panic attacks. I know anxiety and panic attacks are nothing short of horrific, but there are things you can do and you can get over them. Once I got over them, I was a new man. I found an enormous appreciation for life. Everyday, every single thing felt special. I was just so grateful to be able to start having a normal life again. I imagine it's what religious people mean when they talk about being saved by God, because honestly, it felt like that. Thank you for reading this ebook and I sincerely hope it will help you in your recovery. Please remember to keep checking into stopfeelinganxiousnow.com because I'm constantly updating my site with new products and new information to help the web beat anxiety forever. I wish you all the luck in the world. Steve
