  3. History of Company • The Sister’s Sweets Candy Shop began in 2003. • “Make you’re day a little sweeter!”

  5. Company Policies • Keep the kitchen clean. • Don’t eat the sweets, unless you buy the sweets. • 11:00 A.M.- 7:00 P.M.

  6. Performance Reviews • An employee is reviewed for a wage increase every month.

  7. Benefits Review • Sister’s Sweets is only open during the Summer. • We hire employees of any age. There are many jobs that can be applied for. • The work place is a friendly and fun environment.

  8. Other Resources • Company Handbook available in staff room. • Training videos available from managers for those wanting a promotion.

  9. Required Paperwork • New employees must complete all paperwork in order to acquire a job at Sister’s Sweets. • All paperwork is expected by April 25.

  10. Summary • Owner: Trina Dickinson. • Hours: 11:00 A.M.- 7:00 P.M. Only during Summer. • Wage increase is offered once a month. • We hire employees of any age. There are many jobs that can be applied for. • Paperwork is expected by April 25.
