Education The portion of people with higher education has risen due to the decrease of the portion of people with basic and incomplete secondary education, as well as general secondary education.- 42 per cent of the citizens have the higher/incomplete higher education- 30 per cent have secondary specialized/technical education- 28 per cent have basic secondary education
