Crediting salary to BTA plastic cards

1. Do you receive salary on BTA Bank card?Only for youTotalPay 5 – BTA Bank JSC Salary Project client program. This program is intended for crediting salary, alimonies, business travel expenses of employees to their IBAN card accounts. An enterprise can by any state-financed company, and execute interaction with the Treasury of the Republic of Kazakhstan or directly with the Bank.The Program composes the following documents:Payment Order in the format specified by BTA Bank for non-state-financed companies;Account Payable in the format, provided for by Treasury of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state-financed companies;SWIFT-file МТ102 with credited amount for data import in БКСof BTA Bank for non-state-financed companies;SWIFT-file МТ102 with EDS for data import in Treasury of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state-financed companies;SWIFT-file МТ100 with fee to the bank (EDS may also be put below);List of employees for crediting proceeds.EDS is placed by the accountants of state-financed companies in SWIFTs МТ102 (and МТ100) before transferring documents to the reception point of the Treasury of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of closed key (GOST 23.310) of the accountant of manager of the company.The program shall contain company details (Name, TIN, BIN, Account, Full name of the Accountant and Manager etc.), information on employees (Full name, TIN, IIN, Account), and maintain list of documents (regularly saved) and include all necessary manuals.TotalPay uses Crypto API 2.0 cryptoprovider for composing EDS (algorithm GOST 34.310).МТ102 document format and EDS correspond to the standards provided for in УЦ КЦМРandНУЦ РК.The program can be operated in: Windows XP, Windows Vista/7 (32-bit).

2. Crediting salary to BTA plastic cards • More and more companies pay salary not through cash desk but by crediting noncash proceeds to the employees’ plastic cards. • Salary crediting procedure provides for two steps. • The first step is when the company transfers total salary amount from its bank account to the bank account assigned for distribution of salary; such account shall be opened with the same bank, which services card accounts of company employees. • The second step is when the bank where card accounts of company employees were opened, distributes total amount of salary to card accounts. • Realization of the first step does not involve any technical difficulties: here simple payment order is used, which can be composed automatically with the help of TotalPay system, and this payment order can be transferred to the bank via telecommunication channels through the system, like BTA-online from BTA Bank. The second step is a more complicated, if in case of large number of employees documents for distribution of salary to the employees’ accounts are provided to the bank in hard copy. • To transfer necessary data in electronic form, BTA offers TotalPay program, elaborated with account of all regulator requirements, which operates the mechanism of data exchange, based on the standard of exchange of lists for opening bank accounts with bank (plastic) cards and lists for distribution of salary to such accounts. • Information necessary to the bank to distribute salary to card accounts, is transferred from company’s information system, to the bank in the form of automatically formed МТ102 format file...
