  5. Facultaire plannen • samenhangende visie • stevige basis in 1e geldstroom (CvB) (ad 1) • nieuw personeelsbeleid (verjonging vaste staf, ‘tenure track’?) (ad 2) • uitbreiding onderzoekcapaciteit (ad 2, 3) • onderwijsvernieuwing: studiesucces, meer doorstroming, minder uitval (ad 4) • versnippering onderwijsaanbod bestrijden (ad 5) • organisatorische verkokering doorbreken (ad 6) • maatschappelijke uitstraling intensiveren: lerarenopleidingen, kunstopleidingen, hovo, etc. (ad 7)

  6. Regie • Beredeneerd voorgesteld: € 60 miljoen • Eerste reactie Plasterk: € 15 miljoen (in 2011) • Instelling regieorgaan • ‘kwartiermaker’

  7. Regie • In startblokken gaan staan… • Reorganisatieplan: al belangrijke elementen • Instelling instituten, OSZ, e.d. (ad 6!) • Binnenkort: indiening accreditatiedossier (ad 5!, ook 4) • In FR januari: Rendementen (ad 4, workshop!) • Reductie uitval: ook maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid

  8. Universiteit • Marktaandeel dalend • belangrijke component: weinig nieuw onderwijsaanbod • geldt zeker voor faculteit • liggen ook inhoudelijk kansen (interdisciplinair onderwijs, aansluiting bij praktijk) • Differentiatie – uitdagen talenten (workshop!) • MA-instroom speciaal (workshop!)
