Intra harness routing: No changes under PIP

This update includes no changes under the PIP for Intra harness routing. Added four new tie bases to enhance the harness loop around the Sprite Imager and two tie bases for the harness loop behind the AEP. Additionally, two tie bases have been relocated to improve visibility of the AEP loop without RSI. The routing has been modified to streamline operations while maintaining the absence of an Array Photometer tie bases on AP. These improvements are aimed at optimizing harness performance and functionality.
