  2. Times + Collection • The bus will leave DCHS at 2.00am Thursday 30th June 2011 • The bus will arrive back at DCHS at approx 12am Friday 1st July 2011 • ALL PUPILS MUST BE COLLECTED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN. Please ask parents not to park in the drive as buses cannot turn!

  3. Medical • Bring in any medication with instructions that you would need for the trip and hand to Miss Campbell (PE) • Asthma • Diabetic • Travel Sickness • Hay fever • Etc

  4. Groups • Pupils MUST go around the park in groups – no one to go alone AT ANY TIME • Mobile Numbers – Miss Thomson (Maths) must have at least two mobile number from a member of each group, in case of emergency. • Pupils must check in with a teacher at some point during the day.

  5. Buses • You will be allocated a bus with your small group, bus lists will be listed in restaurant • Buses must be kept clean at all times – bins provided in bus • You can bring a pillow for the bus journey • Food is allowed on the bus • Two stops at service stations on the way down • One stop at service station on way up • Remember to bring spending money for food/gifts • Change of clothing (weather) • Leave bags on bus but won’t get access during day
