Comprehensive FLUKA Simulation for EAR2: Geometry, Neutron Fluence, and Results Analysis

This document outlines the FLUKA simulation conducted for the EAR2 project, detailing updates to geometry, neutron and charged particle fluence, and resolution analysis. The implemented geometry includes the n_TOF spallation target area, collimator specifications, and beam profiles. Results highlight neutron fluence comparisons with EAR1 and the effects of collimator modifications on resolution and beam profile. This simulation aims to optimize conditions for upcoming experiments in the pit area and supports future commissioning activities for enhanced particle detection and analysis.
