  2. What is a CRIS Progress Report??? • Annual Report of accomplishments • Covers one year period • Terms and Conditions requirement • Interface is also used for final report • Final report covers the life of the project

  3. When are CRIS Progress Reports Requested??? • Notification by e-mail in month of start date anniversary • Reports are due 90 days after start date anniversary* * NOTE: Reports for continuing grant projects may be requested early by the NIFA program office.

  4. To Submit CRIS Progress Reports… • Go to CRIS Forms Assistance: http://cwf.uvm.edu/cris

  5. Select AD-421 Accomplishments (Progress) Report

  6. Select Your State

  7. Select Participating Site: SERDEnter password

  8. Enter Investigator Last Name,E-mail Address, Award Number

  9. Verify Project Identification

  10. Select Progress or Termination ReportEnter “Students Funded” and “Faculty Hours” FundedEnter/Paste Progress/ Termination Report

  11. Example Help Screen

  12. Enter/Paste Publications/Products/Outcomes

  13. Enter/Paste Dissemination Activities/Future Initiatives/Impacts

  14. Check Data for Errors

  15. Correct Errors and Save Report

  16. You must “Submit” after Saving Report
