Local Experience for Future • Size and scope: • Good: attached conferences -> bring participants • Bad: the schedule becomes too complex and diverse to handle • Cooperation with “outside” chairs: • Use info in the Newletters & website • Lessons to learn: Registration should open as soon as possible!
