  2. Each year, Lexmark International volunteers plant trees in area parks during Reforest the Bluegrass, a collaboration among government divisions and businesses in Lexington, Ky.   3. More than 30 Lexmark International employees in Boulder, Colo., participated in the 2011 United Way Day of Caring. They work on landscaping and painting projects at the Boulder YMCA and renovated a play area at a children's center in Longmont, Colo.
