  2. Each year, Lexmark International volunteers plant trees in area parks during Reforest the Bluegrass, a collaboration among government divisions and businesses in Lexington, Ky. They work on landscaping and painting projects at the Boulder YMCA and renovated a play area at a children's center in Longmont, Colo.
