  3. New Members • Three student members (HAPPEx/PREx) • Sudirukkuge Tharanga Jinasundera (UVa) • Abdurahim Rakhman (Syracuse) • Zafar Ahmed (Syracuse) • Notify Kees of students working on upcoming Hall A experiments.

  4. PAC33 proposals • 11 (of 13) proposals submitted to CC • Collaboration status approved for all 11 submitted proposals My personal thanks to Pete Markowitz, who organized the proposal review and saved my vacation

  5. Status of Publications (good, bad, and ugly) • Several high-impact, top-cited publications from the Hall A physics program • Many experiments have results beyond initial publications, but have not published these results •  Want to see annual report contributions until all of the main physics results of the proposals are published

  6. Hall A Annual Report • Editing in progress: Bryan Moffit, Pete Markowitz, Kees de Jager • Still missing 2-3 contributions • Hope to finish editing by the end of the year • Next year • Formalize smaller technical reports • New requirement • Updates from experiments that have published first results, but are still analyzing primary physics results • Brief reports on analyses expected for archival papers

  7. Analysis Workshop (yesterday) • Summary tomorrow • A few general issues • Limited communication on analysis issues • Initial ideas to improve things • Physics AND analysis updates at Collab. Meeting • General analysis logbook (not experiment specific) • Update some web resources

Hall A Collaboration Charter • Some procedures have not always been consistently followed • Requirements for proposal review • Replacement of CC members • Are there other small updates we should make, as long as we’re cleaning up these issues? • What about 12 GeV? • More very-large scale experiments • Do we need/want any changes in the Collaboration structure?
