  2. Mixer Demo • Training Setup • Multi-track output from PC • Connect through USB-Surround Sound Box • 6 or 8 channel sound to Yamaha mixer • Channel 1, 2 Female • Channel 3, 4 Male • Channel 5 Leader • Channel 6 Piano

  3. Mixer Demo • Channel Assignments • Need Phantom? • Assigned to Group or Main Outputs? • Muted? • Need Monitor (Aux) Outputs?

  4. Mixer Demo • Main Output Fader Adjustment • -3dB for 2 inputs • -6dB for 4 inputs • -9dB for 8 inputs • -12dB for 16 inputs • For Praise and Worship, usually adjust to -5dB, since inputs are not synchronous.

  5. Mixer Demo • Channel Gain Equalization • Zero Fader • Enable PFL • Check VU Meter • Adjust Channel Gain so average volume is around 0dB • Adjust Monitor output • Adjust Pan
