  34. Forms PLUS Click “Save” All data will be saved into folder“Project DATA” under “c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/”

  35. Forms PLUS 7.2 Copy Data Copy all files from folder c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/Project Data From one PC into the same folder in another PC

  36. Forms PLUS 7.3 Modify Data Send all project data in the folder c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/Project Data To FormsPLUS@dot.ca.gov For modification/separation

  37. Forms PLUS 4. Import Data Go to layout “Import & Export”

  38. Forms PLUS Click “Import” or Install(delete original data) All data will be imported from folder“Project DATA” under “c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/”
