P5 • Explain how Internet marketing has made a selected business more: • Efficient (working faster, with less costs) • Effective (better at what it does) • Successful (increased profits due to lower costs, more customers, global etc.) You need to explain whether or not the business has actually benefitted from the opportunities of the Internet and whether it has been successful overall.

  2. Notes… • Direct selling (missing out the middle man) – how has this helped to reduce the costs of a business? How has it helped to make the delivery of goods quicker? • Customers being able to get more information on products. How is this helpful to the business? Has it been successful providing customers with more information?

  3. Notes… • Global visibility. How does it increase the number of customers of the business? Also, how has this helped the business to become more successful? REMEMBER – you must relate it to a specific business! And include a conclusion!
