Question 1: Engaging Development Partners • Report actions at: • Country level • Global level: specify who– GNC, GTAM & beyond • How to optimize funds that are available for development across sectors to prevent malnutrition and reduce humanitarian needs and embed nutrition? • How to communicate the funding needs for better humanitarian – development continuum? • What are the major barriers? • What are some quick wins and who can take these forward? • How to  increase evidence on cause- effects of conflicts and nutrition - causal analysis in a way that enhances engagement with development partners? And in the context of public health emergencies such as Ebola, Cholera etc?

Question 2: Sectoral Integration • Report Actions at: • Country level • Global level: specify who– GNC, GTAM & beyond • What innovations and options can be explored to ensure a quality, integrated, scaled-up response through fragile systems? • What are the top 5 barriers to having an integrated, multi-sectors response? • For each of these please identify: • quick wins e.g actions that are working well and we could build on to address barriers with existing resources • actions that might be more challenging/require more investment or time And in the context of public health emergencies such as Ebola, Cholera etc?

Question 3: Capacity Building • Report Actions at: • Country level • Global level: specify who– GNC, GTAM & beyond • Capacity building and delivering quality programming at scale is a challenge for us all. We spend a lot of money, but are our current methods effective? • What could be some effective/innovative methods to rapidly build capacity? • What else is needed to ensure quality programming? • What are some actions we could take to better support/strengthen government supervisory structures to ensure quality programming? • How to increase knowledge sharing to enhance capacities for nutrition response? And in the context of public health emergencies such as Ebola, Cholera etc?
